I do understand its convenient. They deliver. I mean its a good concept but of course they charge a premium on the food. Say the restaurant charges $ 12.50 and they will charge $ 15. Its like a 20% markup give or take. So I suggest calling the restaurant in advance and ask if they deliver. Its smarter that way if its for a big group. The amount really add up.

Ordered from foodee in Denver a few times over the past few months. Not worth the time. Orders were continually unorganized, disinterested sales people, food was cold. I attempted to voice my concerns only to realize that this company behaves like a child throwing tantrums when honest, constructive criticism is given to it. Do yourself a favor and order from grub hub, postmates or fooda when they launch in Colorado. I would steer clear of this establishment.

Ordered a corporate meeting lunch from Tractor through Foodee. We ordered a variety of salads, drinks, and some cookies. The ordering process went smoothly. The food arrived on time (a little early, in fact, which was good). However, the cutlery we ordered did not arrive. I called the delivery person, and he reluctantly said that he could drive to the restaurant to pick up cutlery and bring it to us, but it would take at least 20 – 30 minutes. As we had a strict meeting schedule to follow, we decided to try to try asking for cutlery at a nearby coffee shop. The fact that Foodee delivers food should be enough to make them include cutlery in their delivery. What’s more, because cutlery was listed as an «additional item» to order (at no cost), we ordered several sets to make sure we would have utensils. Getting the food and then not having anything to eat it with made for an unpleasant experience. I called them to complain but they said that since they do not charge for the cutlery, there is nothing they can do. I thought they might offer a discount on our invoice or give us credit toward a future order, but no luck. So, make sure to bring your own cutlery.

I used Foodee for the first time recently for an event. The process was smooth and easy, and when I had a situation where I needed help last minute, their customer service as excellent. I will definitely use this service again for when I’m in Vancouver.
I love to order items online, especially when I have hundreds of email and a dozen projects going on at my work. The website they have set up is very easy to navigate and to use.
I potentially had to change the delivery address for the order last minute. Since Foodee doesn’t open till just a couple hours before the delivery time I had arranged, I emailed them and left a vm. Their customer service agent called me, twice, and sent an email as well that was professional and courteous. It turned out that we didn’t need to change the address after all. However, I really appreciate them going the extra mile to offer that since it was for a large order and a critical meeting involving multiple stakeholders.
Everyone enjoyed the food, and the delivery was on time without any complications.
