Ferreira Collision Centre

I got into an unfortunate accident and went to Ferreira, after being recommended to go by a friend. I can’t compare Ferreira to any other collision centres because I haven’t been to any others but I received great service. Nelson booked me in for an estimate appointment on the same day of the accident. I really appreciated that because I was very frantic from the accident and I needed to be told ASAP that everything was going to be okay. He did exactly that. He said the damage will be gone, it will look brand new, and I don’t need to worry. I came back after the Christmas holidays for the actual fix. They provided me with a rental car, which was great. I was told from others that the rental car that I had is a much better than what you would get from craftsman collision. I went back 2 weeks later and the car looked fantastic. There was even a chocolate inside my freshly cleaned car… Wow!

Will never go or recommend this shop to anybody! Service is terrible!!! They never pick up phone or call you back. I had to go there back and fourth over and over again to find out what is going on. Sh. t shop!

Nelson, the person in charge was very friendly and knowlegable. He got help from the mechanic to show me the damages on my car and the whole repair process. The car was ready on time promised and the rental car was very good as well.

What a great experience. I went in here after my car was damaged in a hit-​and-​run. I have American insurance and was a bit nervous about the process of using it in Canada. The folks at Ferreira made the whole process easy — they took care of the paperwork and even made arrangements for a rental car (loaner car was not available to me since I am an American and thus a flight risk).
The work was top quality. They fixed the damaged area good as new. They actually had a little bit of paint left over after the job was done and used it to add some more coating to another area where the paint was wearing thin. As a consequence, my car actually looks better now than it did before I got hit! I highly recommend this place — they really go above and beyond!

It’s hard picking a new bodyshop. I went with Ferreira because it was well reviewed and was walking distance from my house.
I’m glad I did! The customer service from Nelson and the team was amazing. They handled my ICBC claim like a dream, with a fast turnaround time and courtesy car.
I went back a second time to have some small cosmetic details fixed, normal paint chips and scratches for a five year old car. They had it touched up and polished as good as new in a day.
I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants an honest, fast, and easy to work with repair shop.

Took my car here two months ago.
Nelson was great over the phone and fit me in within a few days of my call. He was very friendly in person.
My car was ready to go in just a few days, ahead of schedule and it looked like a million bucks! Had been detailed inside and out, and other little scrapes had been taken care of. They certainly do go beyond the call.
I would take my business here again without any hesitation.

Not only do these guys do a great job, they go the extra mile.
When I picked up my Jeep they had realigned a door I put on incorrectly, detailed the interior and washed and waxed the exterior. All of this I did not expect.
I highly recommend them.

Nobody wants to have to go to a shop like this, but this was definitely the right choice!
Someone smashed my side mirror and scratched the side of my car while I was on holidays. Suddenly, I thought all my relaxation would disappear and I would have to spend hours on the phone finding shops and dealing with insurers.
I was wrong! Tim and John made the process very simple and I had never had to make an insurance claim before.
They walked me through the whole process, gave me a loner and I just picked up my car… Better than new! They also cleaned it inside!!! I am very impressed with these guys… I hope I won’t get to see them anytime soon though :)

Ferreira helped to ease the pain of a smashed-​up car nightmare.
They were very friendly and professional on the phone and were able to schedule me in on the same day (much more quickly than other shops in the area.) I think they spread the work between this location and another, so they may have more capacity for repair work.
This was our first ICBC claim, and they were very helpful in guiding us thru the process. They provided a nice loaner car while ours was being fixed up. They did a fantastic job on the repair and had our car back when promised. It was completely cleaned up — inside and out (and it was kinda filthy when we dropped it off). They even included a Ferrero Rocher as a lagniappe (who knew a car repair shop could make such nice chocolates ;-)
There was one small problem that we noticed when picking up the car. They fixed it later — no questions asked. Overall, as nice an experience as car repair can be. I highly recommend them, but hope I don’t need there services again any time soon!

Quality work, lender car, good service.
I had the misfortune of hitting extreme black ice and running my tire and bumper into the curb. Bumper was cracked, alignment out, and rim bent.
My sister suggested going here and I’m glad I did, they made the whole claim process clear and walked through the whole thing. No complaints and I wasn’t even out my car for more than 2 days but was given a nice Corolla in the meantime.
Because I’m not familiar with car repair, I cannot comment on prices, but as a ICBC claim, quality and efficiency are all i really cared about and I felt I got both.
