Terrible. Came in looking for copies, and they told me that I could use the computed to get my files from my email and print. They didn’t tell me that I would be charged for computer time. I left after downloading my files, and attempting to print. I was told $ 0.11 per side, but the computer tried to charge me about $ 0.50 per side. An employee in a leopard print shirt then argued with me when I told her the computer was trying to charge me too much when printing to their black and white printers. She agreed to take my files by email and print. I was then advised by the same employee that it would take at least 30 minutes to print my ~170 pages of documents, double-sided. This being obviously ridiculous given that no one else was printing, I left the store. I wasted about $ 2.00 on computer time and 15 minutes for nothing.

Came here for some photocopies. It’s nice to know that these places exist, when you need higher quality copies(colour laser, professional binding etc.) made. Most other«copy shops» in this area are completely ghetto — they just use those consumer all-in-ones inkjets! Parking here is pretty horrendous. Try to walk. The place is nice and shiny on the inside. Very professional. The staff were ignoring me for some reason, but after a minute of waiting(nobody else in line), they greeted me. Guess they’ve updated their system since the last time I was here(quite a few years ago). Instead of checking out a dongle for photocopies, the machine takes your credit card directly. The machine also has the ability to accept files off your smartphone(wireless), or off a USB flash drive. Awesome! Copies cost a bit more at 10c for B&W and 79c for colour, but sometimes you gotta pay for convenience. My only gripe was that I couldn’t figure out which way the paper was oriented based on the display, and therefore wasted a copy. Oh well, live and learn.
