Specialties
I am a residential REALTOR® with Century 21 In Town Realty, serving Vancouver. I work with both sellers and buyers across the spectrum of product — detached homes, townhouses and condominiums — and price points.
My primary area is the downtown peninsula including Yaletown, Coal Harbour, West End, and the center core officially and simply labeled as Downtown West and Downtown East. However, I have clients from all parts of Vancouver and the surrounding suburbs and am always happy to help wherever it is you currently, or would like to, call home.
I am driven by two underlying motivations that in turn guide my business. First, to go beyond the technical of just getting the job done, but to truly connect with you. I not only am there to find or sell an address, but to address you so that you are heard, respected and honoured. Second, to establish and maintain community — with clients, colleagues and the larger community — to express my genuine interest in our Vancouver experience.
History
Established in 1986.
Century 21 In Town Realty is Connected to More®, an ideal philosophy alignment with my passion for connecting with people as I connect them with homes. Connection to More® speaks to Century 21’s powerful online presence and global brand recognition, yet is still rooted in active and engaged agents who recognize the importance of face to face business. To be the most effective REALTOR® I can be, I have always focused on being not only a rich source of knowledge, but a connector. It’s vital to me to connect with you so that I link you with the right property, and be actively connected with colleagues and other industry professionals to broaden the reach of the service I offer to you.
Meet the Business Owner
Erik C.
Business Owner
I grew up enjoying all the perks of a small town childhood in the pre-electronics-boom age. Everyone knew everyone and neighbors’ doors were never locked. It seemed simpler and that community was stronger through more face to face interaction.
It was a good foundation, but when time came for college, I moved several hours away to study music & education. Music bonds people — whether performing together or between performer & audience — and education gave me the chance to spread this bond. I taught high school choir for 3 wonderful years.
Performance was an equal passion to teaching, so another leap took me to Chicago where I was a professional musician and actor for 7 years — a wonderful but challenging life! I worked in sales on the side and was soon recruited by a Chicago real estate developer. My education & performance skills proved highly transferrable — sharing information & connecting with people — and thus began my life in real estate.
Community + connection = my foundation.
