Private Property Staging is an International Award Winning Home Staging company specializing exclusively in the staging of VACANT properties. We are Canadian Certified Staging Professionals™ (CCSP™) and Members of the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®).

We define VACANT space for size, purpose and potential. Our expertly chosen furnishings, strategic inventory placement and advanced understanding of the impact that colour and lighting have on the presentation of a space; all greatly contribute to our industry leading results.

History

Established in 2010.

The Owner and Certified Lead Property Stager has 10 years of realty experience and has learned the value of emotionally connecting buyers to vacant homes in order to motivate Buyers to write offers quickly. The styles are chosen to suit the masses of home buyers and are tailored to the demographics of the area.

Our Owner used to bring accessories from her own home to her vacant listings in order to shoot the perfect MLS photo until she found herself loading her truck with additional furniture, rugs and lighting to be able to warm up a room and attract home buyers. As her listings began to sell quickly and for more money, she knew it was time to step it up earn her Certification as a Home Staging Professional so she could offer additional value to her Sellers with vacant homes.

Since opening her Burnaby warehouse, she has been named the Real Estate Staging Association’s 2012 Rising Star and 2013, 2014 & 2015 Top 10 Canadian Home Stager.
