How is this place in business? I don’t know what is worse their incompetence on cleaning carpets or their rudeness! Their machines not only left stains behind but their chemicals changed the color and texture of my carpets! They are ruined !! I can’t seem to get any resolution on this after talking to them and they blame me for having cheap rugs! This place is a total disaster, go get your rugs cleaned by a real professional not these guys!
