Grandma didn’t have BC’s seafood, local meats, and spices from around the world to adorn her bánh mì with. We do. We’re not making Vietnamese subs, we’re making bánh mì. Don’t know bánh mì? bánh mì won the Vietnam war and we’re throwing it a ticker-tape parade.

We’ve got something new for everyone. If you’re familiar with the million-crumb shuffle from bánh mìs served on the traditional baguette, we offer our bánh mì on a multigrain baguette. If you’re don’t know the difference between bánh mì and a blow hole, we’re more than happy to introduce you, as slow or fast as you like, to the world of bánh mì. Everything from being on the edge with our roasted duck in our special bánh mì, to going all the way back to traditional Vietnamese headcheese in our Classics.

We love Banh Mi, we love food, and we love people. What better way to pay tribute to our loves than to open up our own shop?!
We are guided by one goal. To make people happy. We aim to delight people with our food, our mood, and our attitude. Our food has no boundaries, if it tastes great, it’ll probably taste greater (ha!) in a Banh Mi :)
