Counselling psychology services for people in life transitions — I specialize in working with people dealing with health and medical concerns. Many of my clients come to me experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, fatigue and difficulty with self-​worth/​esteem in relation to their life circumstances. We work together to acknowledge distress, recognize strength and learn new tools to move forward with confidence and renewed hope.

Business Owner

Crystal is trained as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). She is able to support her clients from the perspective of both a consumer and a provider of health services as she works for the public system and is also a diabetic herself. She uses a variety of approaches including Mindfulness Based Therapies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
