Can you really write a decent review after one ice cream? Well I guess I’ll have to try. I tried a half chocolate and half Oreo cookie ice cream in a medium dish. Hmmm… it was ok. Nothing really to write home about. I ate about half and tossed the rest, so I can’t say it’s the best ice cream I had. It was ok… That’s all I can say. My friend had a crêpe… she said it wasn’t great. She said she likes a crispy crêpe and Crêpe Delicious’ was just like a soft doughy mess… hmmm… come to think of it I don’t think she ate more than half her crêpe before tossing it. There is just a ton of alternatives in Oakridge mall. I think next time I’m looking for a snack I’ll be looking somewhere else!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so disappointed in this place that I just had to. I don’t normally indulge in sweet desserts, so when I was about to treat myself to a crêpe, I was very excited. My boyfriend and I were watching as the crêpe was made and both of us were shocked to see that the crêpe was pre-made. She simply took the already made crêpe out and heated it up on front of us. The crêpe was dry, bland, and overall underwhelming.

High hopes for this place, however, my crêpe was still raw in the centre. Fruits were arranged properly prior to wrapping so everything fell out.

Quite dissapointing. The most important part of the crêpe is the batter and they messed that up pretty good. And paying almost $ 10 dollars for a crêpe that clearly is skimped on ingredients further frustrates me. The staff could be friendlier. Feels like you are doing a dis-service by buying a crêpe from them. My friend was smarter and only got a coffee but it ended up being only half filled. Won’t be seeing me again at his place.

Way better than any other options in the Oakridge food court. Definitely an improvement over the muffin place. Fillings are generous, fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and polite. Could be a bit quicker, but they haven’t been open that long, it takes a while to build up the little efficiencies.

We were so excited to try Crepes in the mall. But they messed up the order(twice) and almost dropped the crêpe I ordered into the hot grill when they were handing it to me. They forgot the key ingredient in the ‘Romeo and Juliet’(lemon), they were not polite, no please or thank you and put chocolate sauce(which I don’t like and asked specifically if the Black and White crêpe came with it) when I asked why they put the chocolate sauce on it they said ‘so it looks nice, it’s decoration’(argh!) No offer to buy a drink(bad marketing) no thank yous, no napkins, nothing… I don’t think it’s going to last! Also, the crepes didn’t taste very good. They weren’t terrible, but just super plain and bland… They do seem to have a lot of people on staff… The pictures don’t look like the food… but that’s a given… just being polite would have been an improvement… any can mess up an order… but PLEASEANDTHANKYOU … seriously? you want repeat customers?

Really confused with the unhappy reviews. I was super happy with my crêpe and would return as soon as I can. Its the healthiest and most unique option in the food court. I ordered a chicken ceasar crêpe and a mini gelato on the side for an extra $ 2. It was so good! Very fresh tasting and healthy. I had a whole serving of veggies in my crêpe. The chicken and veggies were diced into small pieces so it was easy to eat and didn’t make a mess. It was not overly salty or soggy with sauce. I tried 3 types of gelato before I chose 1 and the owner was perfectly cool with me doing that. I was really full, in a good way, and pleased with what I got. The bill came to $ 10, which is fair. I haven’t enjoyed food court food like this in forever. So glad crêpe delicious is here!

Horrible customer service, and crepes aren’t that great either! I should have kept on walking. When I first saw Crêpe Delicious was opening at Oakridge I was actually excited to try it out. I ordered one of their savory crepes for lunch, the teriyaki chicken. The small Asian girl handling the cash register at the time and my order was very rude. No greeting, attitude, and not even a thank you. Somebody clearly does not enjoy their job. I would not recommend trying the teriyaki chicken crêpe unless you’re looking for something bland. Not sure if they’ve tested their recipes before hand? I didn’t end up finishing the crêpe and just threw it in the garbage. Had no flavour at all. I wish I had spent my 9 bucks getting a fast food meal elsewhere.

Messy, not presentable and not as good as what I have tried in other countries. They got a lot of staff with a tiny space in Oakridge Centre. They need more work on their presentation and taste, the photos they advertise on their menu doesn’t look the same and it’s not easy to eat. Whether it’s dine in or to go, they’d give you a styro or a paper plate and have it with fork and knife, you really need to sit down and enjoy it. That’s the next problem, the crêpe(the batter but how can you go wrong?) is good but the toppings isn’t. they need more research and development on this business idea because the one in Richmond Centre isn’t doing well either.
