Craftsmen Collision CRASHED MY CAR. I could not even believe it. I took my vehicle in to get a repair done on the side of the vehicle due to someone smashing into me, and then Craftsmen Collision backed my vehicle into another car and wrecked my rear bumper! I am not even sure how this is humanly possible since my brand new vehicle has a backup camera AND backup sensors that BEEEEP fiercely when you are getting too close to an object while reversing. A 10 year old could back up my vehicle. No joke.
They kept my car for some additional days to fix the 2^nd accident damage, and upon inspecting my vehicle when I picked it up, both repairs were executed poorly and not to a high level of quality control standards. I would have thought the utmost care would have been taken to ensure the damage they caused was repaired to brand new quality, but it was not. They did offer to redo it, but I am still not decided on that as I am very nervous to leave my car with them again.
I did contact the corporate head office to speak with senior management about this incident (which they did not know about) and I asked to be compensated in some way and they were very apologetic and offered to give me a restaurant gift card (based on my suggestion), so I did appreciate that gesture. Anyways, I am sure they don’t crash cars often and I am just that unlucky person it happened to, but it did happen and I feel traumatized (brand new car!).

I experienced some super customer service today at your Cambie St. location.
Normally, one would not be too excited about having to visit a collision shop to get an estimate done. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ricky Shim, estimator this morning.
Very professional and excellent customer service skills. He walked me through the process and made everything seamless.
It is rare to find such good service in Vancouver these days. Keep up the great work Ricky and team at Craftsman!

I had an excellent experience at this location last summer and feel I need to share it because I was so pleased with their service.
My passenger side window was smashed by a thief and I took my car to Craftsman for repairs. I have top notch coverage and access to a free rental car through my BCAA auto insurance so was very happy to have a smooth experience right from dropping off my vehicle to picking it up two days later fully repaired and sparking clean! They even arranged a ride for me to the car rental place (which was also awesome) and called right when they said they would to update me on the estimate for the repair. This great service definitely made a crappy experience much easier. I hope to not need this service again but would recommend this location to anyone in need of auto glass repair.

Supper professional, my car came out from there after a minor repair in a great shape, looks like new again. if you do not wish to have one of the replacement cars they have in house they will let you rent a car from a rental company, no problems at all, highly recommended.

I was in a fender bender with a Car2Go recently, needless to say just a bit of a damage on my bumper from the go cart, SmartCar. I chose Craftsman Collision as they are conveniently located next to ICBC claims.
They were fast efficient and polite. Did a great job on my bumper, and even cleaned my car, which I never do, and even left a small bag in my car of nifty car things.
Plus I gained a hot pink lighter! I assume was one of the mechanics had accidentally left behind. Thanks!

The post-​traumatic experience of my accident was lessened by the quick and professional folks here. Very friendly. Airmiles rewarded. It took two weeks because they weren’t happy how the 3^rd party parts fit together and ordered OEM from Mazda. I really appreciate that and don’t mind waiting for such a perfect job. Detailed my car inside and out too. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but at least I know where I will go if I do.

I chose this shop out of the blue when I was in a car accident, for no other reason other than it was near my workplace. They were always extremely helpful when I called to ask about the status of the work, and I was very impressed they took the time to walk me through the work they had done, with the car in front of me, so that I could see what ICBC paid for.
They did a fantastic job on the car — they even detailed it in and OUT — the car hasn’t been that clean in a long time. As Grayce said, they leave a whole goody-​bag full of handy items.
One of the best auto experiences I’ve had.

I recently had to bring my car in to get some body work done (some one hit me AND someone else keyed my car!!!). They were extremely friendly and helpful, especially since I really felt I didn’t know what I was talking about.
One the day I had to bring my car in I couldn’t make it until 5 minutes before closing but the guy told me to take my time and he would wait for me. He called the rental company and had someone waiting for me when I got there.
When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. They even left a goodie bag sitting on the passenger seat full of neat things like emergency kleenex, a window scrapper, note pad, antibacterial gel.
I found the staff trustworthy and friendly. It was a very non-​intimidating experience and as far as I can tell, they did an excellent job with my car.
The only possilbe downside is they’re not open on weekends, so it did take about 5 business days to get my car back.
