I’m giving this place 4.5 stars. This café is wonderful if you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to study. When you walk in, there is a main café but if you look on your left you will see that theres an entrance to a dim room with plenty of seating. The décor has a hipster feel to it. It doesn’t get really busy in the back room most of the day, just in the front of the café. Their panini was good and so was my latte. Definitely a hidden gem!

I got a pretty much perfectly made small Mocha, served with a very friendly smile from the barista. It seems to be a pretty cool place to meet, but it is adjacent to a hotel, and did get a little busy and loud during my visit there.

Great meeting room in the back with a projector if needed. Cool place to meet and chat and for those who want gluten-free sweets, they’ve got cookies to munch on.

Really cute coffee shop. Love the décor and the spaced out seating. My favorite has to be the back room lounge area big enough for a book club meeting(or any gathering for about 10 – 15 people if you got a few more chairs). The food looked tasty, including the pastries. One day I’ll have to try the«to die for» lemon poppyseed loaf. My complaint is with the mint tea. Whatever company they use doesn’t have very strong tea leaves. There was only a hint of mint and I tasted my sugar more than anything. I would probably have needed 2 or 3 tea pouches to get the same flavor at other places, or the equivalent of 1 Mighty Leaf satchel. Great convenient location and a relaxed environment. If you’re ever in the area loitering or waiting for someone, it’d be a nice place to go(maybe skip the tea…). Girlfriend said the coffee was OK and she wouldn’t mind returning when in the area.

I got the latte, it was delicious! My favorite near the hospital! The lemon bread was amazing. The flavor was zesty and sweet and had a nice crunch to it too. English muffin with egg, cheese, and smoked ham. Tasty but nothing special.

Service, cleanliness, and ambiance was excellent. However, $ 5.45(taxes included) for a almond milk Earl Grey Tea Latte?! The lady didn’t tell me it would be an extra 90 cent charge until I asked her! Starbucks and Blenz Coffee only charge 60 cents for milk alternatives. It wasn’t even a special, organic and local brand of almond milk anyways as it was just unsweetened Almond Breeze. Taste was awful! I will never visit this business again! I liked it when it was a Blenz Coffee.

Fantastic coffee and warm service. It’s a hidden gem in Vancouver. We stayed at the Burrard(attached hotel) and Container Coffee became our morning ritual to start the day.

A favourite place of mine. Good coffee and cool space. Staff is friendly in general with not too much of that barista attitude, which I despise. German woman with the cap is top-notch on service and Max is the best barista!

This is right beside the Burrard hotel. This is a hidden gem in an area of downtown that doesn’t get a lot of foot traffic, however, once found this is a gem. This is a small-ish hipster coffee shop with a barista that is from Europe but hipster cool. I had a decafe sugar free latte. Prices were fair market price like anywhere else.

Only had an Americano here but everything seemed to be in place for Container Coffee to be a nice café I would frequent. It’s an area where there’s a distinct lack of ‘nice’ coffee shops(other than musette). Quality of the coffee and the service are both solid. They’ve got wifi and some decent work space. They’ve also done a nice if not minimal job of decorating. Little details like having their employees wear industrial work aprons doesn’t go unnoticed! Great to see they’re open till 8pm every night and adorn all their tables with candles. I see what you’re doin there Container, and I like it ;)

Went with a friend who works at SPH across the street. Very cute place with yummy juice and delicious coffee. I had an almond milk latte and was very pleased. Smaller place with limited seating but still a good spot.
