Business Owner

I grew up in Winnipeg, which is one of Canada’s smaller cities. My two greatest passions in life are fashion and food. My career started in the fashion industry and through work had the opportunity to travel between Winnipeg to New York. Being in NYC really opened my eyes to many new opportunities. There were so many innovative concepts in every department where Canada was lacking. Coming from a creative background I knew I wanted to run my own business one day and be able to express my creative ideas. I did some traveling in Asia for inspiration and had a stopover in Vancouver and never looked back. Vancouver has an amazing food scene along with so many great bubble tea shops but I felt it was still lacking something. Che (Vietnamese dessert) was my instant resolution paired with gourmet banh mi (Vietnamese Sandwich).
