History
Established in 2011.
Cadeaux is owned and operated by Eleanor Chow Waterfall and Slavita Johnson. Together they bring over 20 years of experience in the pastry arts. Eleanor worked as executive pastry chef in some of the top local restaurants including Lumiere, Blue Water Café, and Chambar Belgian Restaurant and taught at professional and serious amateur cooking schools. Slavita brings an analytical approach from her scientific research days, expertise in wedding cake design, and overall business management having run a Vancouver event planning company.
Our open kitchen concept enables interaction with customers and allows the technique, love and hard work that goes into making our products to shine through. Intertwining our lives with our business we created a space which we hope everyone walking through our doors finds as warm, open and and comforting as we do. Cadeaux is very much a true reflection of us. From the wallpaper to the hand rolled truffles, we are part of it all.
