Bolld Real Estate Management

Bolld is the worst property management company you could hire.
It is the most cheapest one probably in Vancouver which is one of the biggest mistake I make but it is the worst one you could ever find.
I have complained against this company to Better Business Bureau for their service and I am pursuing complaint against this company to BC Real Estate Council and I am also going to pursuit lawsuit against this company for damages and losses that I incurred.
Lets get all the facts straight. I did not choose to have it rent short term rental. He keep claiming that two bedrooms will get a lot more money with short term rental. Of course he recommended this because with long term tenant he would only collect $ 99 per month and with short term tenant he collected 5 times more. I advised him that his contract is ended and he refused to give me the tenants rents and security deposit until I complained about his business to Better Business Bureau. The tenants gave him a bank drafts which basically like cash. He is late on depositing the rents until I have to keep asking him over and over to make sure it is deposited on time. The tenant placement was not placed by them. They have been trying to find a long term tenants for months and they claimed they cannot get any bite. I placed the ad on craigslist myself and I get a tenant in a week. The tenant also agreed that he contacted me. 1) I have one unit with long term rental. The tenant also complained to me about bad service he got from your company. Then you placed someone else without my permission. You claimed that you contacted me until I confronted that I need a sent email from your mailbox. You cannot prove the email ever sent out. 2) You opened a Shaw account without my permission and my knowledge. The account went to collection. I have a Telus account in the unit. You claimed that you need to put the short term rental. You only need 3 days of Shaw for portable internet service if that is the case. You continued the Shaw account until July and did not advise me that you open the account. Who used the portable internet service for those other days? Yes you paid the account at the end after wasting hours arguing and proving that you are liable. You would not pay if you are not liable. 3) I have asked you to ask the tenant to sign inventory of the unit when they come in and out. You did not do it. Vaccum cleaner and a lot of others were stolen which is very suspicious. Nobody will steal a cleaner and go on the airplane. 4) This property management also collect cleaning fee from tenants $ 105 each time guest in and out and when I asked the cleaning lady, she is only charging less than that. 5) I got the keyfob activities from the building and it showed more activities than the nights he is paying me. 6) You rented the unit for a huge party and caused a strata penalty. The walls in the units are all messed up because you did not care at all. 7) You collected a keyfob lost and you never gave me the money. Should I listed all zillions other stuffs??? I do not have real estate license in BC or any other provinces in Canada. He knew that I am new to Canadian Real Estate. I doubted all the other 5 stars ratings are really from his real clients. Two of the 5 star ratings on facebook are totally biased since one of them is from managing owner and the other from the property manager. Another 5 stars ratings are come in after this 1 star review. I am pursuing this company in small claim court and they are so pissed off because I refused to do arbitration with Better Business Bureau. They will act super nice in the beginning but his bad organization skills will drove you insane and make you lose a lot of money! Trust me on this. If you think about it, the company has been in business for more than 4 years but have no solid review on Unilocal?Several reviews from facebook are from himself and his staffs and friends.

As a first time property owner, I had a great relationship and experience from the purchase of a condo unit to finding a tenant while still earning a monthly profit. They were there every step of the way and was always available to answer all my question at a moment’s notice. Couldn’t be happier with the Bolld team and look forward to continuing the relationship.
