History
Established in 2011.
Big Lou’s Butcher Shop was opened in January 2011 by the owners of Two Chefs and a Table who wanted a place to expand the range of butchery that they were already doing for their bistro.
This 30s-style artisanal butcher specializes in locally sourced meats, rubs, and preparation along with delicious deli sandwiches.
