Bestway Auto Body And Paint

First off, if I could leave zero stars, I would. Terrible workmanship. Our experience at Best way started out ok. The reason we chose them was because they had a courtesy car available that day. Dropping off our vehicle was easy and quick, but the problems began when we picked it up. We had had body work done as well as a windsheild replacement. The interior was left with greasy fingerprints all over the cream coloured fabric. The guy at the front stated that it wasn’t their doing, and wasn’t their problem. If that wasn’t bad enough within days the windshield cracked exactly in the centre. Upon closer inspection we noticed a chip was on the back of the windshield, ie where a rock could not have caused it, as well as their being a paint chip exactly lined up with the chip in the glass. To me it looked as though whatever they used to install the windshield caused damage, but once again they refused to take any ownership over there shoddy work. Their response was to ask us when we wanted to pay to have another new windshield installed! So now maybe 6 weeks later we take the car through a carwash and the windshield is completely leaking with the weather stripping on the passenger side having completely come off causing water to leak into the car. Horrible service, horrible work, terrible experience, would never go back and would NOT recommend them.

It was my first experience at a autoshop after running over a (hiding) cement block. :(
I was fixing the car myself because my insurance would go up otherwise. I did shop around to 3 other shops for quotes before Bestway and they gave me the best rate. More importantly they told me exactly how they would fix it and took the time to explain the whole process making me feel comfortable leaving my car there. They ended up finding more work to do after i left the car and they hoisted the car up but the owner stuck to his word and quote and gave me a great deal. I also noticed they fixed the minor scratches around the same area. I was completely sattisfied with their service. I will be going to them from now on for any work! :D
