Decided to use Fast Track for an ICBC claim after a recommendation from a friend. The service I received was phenomenal. They kept me updated on what was happening with the vehicle and accommodated my needs for the type/​size of courtesy car I need. They were extremely quick in repairing my car and when I got it back, you would have never known it was damaged in the first place. I’m usually quite a nearly freak when it comes to the cleanliness of my car, both inside and out. They did an amazing job on cleaning the inside and detailing the car.
If you want your car repaired well, I highly recommend bringing your car to Fast Track Auto Body.

Took my car here for an Icbc claim. No fee for the courtesy car as the last review claimed. Car looked excellent when competed you couldn’t even tell that the bumper had been repainted would defiantly recommend.

This happened about a year ago when my car got broken into and my driver seat side window was smashed, so my friend recommended fast track auto. When I called in, they said they are able to get me a courtesy car, however, when I brought my car in, they made me do a car rental in which I had to pay for. They claimed that they got me a «good deal» because it was only about $ 30/​day. But really, I thought they would cover the cost of the courtesy car? And at that time, they said they were able to get it done within couple days, so I paid for the car rental thinking that I will actually get my car in a“couple days”.
While I was at the shop, I went over all the damage with one of the staff. After 2 days, I realized I was too dumb to actually believe that I was getting a good deal for the rental car, why should I even have to pay for the courtesy car in the first place? So I went back to fast track and returned the car. At that time, one of the staff told me my car will take another week because they couldn’t get one of the car parts. I was already annoyed that they couldn’t provide me a courtesy car and now it’s delayed. At the end, I waited for two full weeks and I finally got a call from them telling me my car is ready. When I got my car, I was so disappointed, after waiting for two weeks, I still see multiple damage on my leather seats, and I specifically told them that the seats have to be done when I first brought my car in. Then the staff told me that they «forgot» about the seats, so I need to leave my car at the auto shop for another day or two. At the end, they did such a bad job on installing the window, every time when I go through bumpy roads, I can hear some noise coming from the inside of the door, like something is loose inside. But I was too fed up with the service and I never took my car back to fast track about the noise.
The reason why I’m writing this today it’s because my car recently got broken into again with a smashed window, and I took it to another auto shop. I got a courtesy car for free and my car was done within 4 business days, and I am so happy with the detailing on the damaged leather seats. In fact I didn’t even have time to go over all the damage with the staff and everything was done perfectly. Then I realized how bad the service I received at fast track. I would not recommend anyone coming to fast track for auto repair.
