Do not use !!! Run !!! Very poor customer service, never returns calls, put out mouse traps and basically left us on our own…

I had Paul come to deal with a rat issue. Put 2 traps outside. Told me where he THOUGHT they were coming in from. Didn’t seal area. gave me a key for the traps. Impossible to open so I called him to ask him to come by to show me how to open them so I could put more bait in. Never showed up. Bad attitude really. I would NEVER use them again. Charged me $ 280. Easy money for him… to put out 2 traps and a follow visit. I am not happy at all with this company.
