Sterling Auto Towing Plus

Mike was super friendly and nice! I needed my car towed to the dealership and he showed up early which was awesome! The price was reasonable and customer service was awesome! I would defiantly recommend mike for a tow!

He was friendly. But he wasn’t honest enough to tell me about how much he would charge me until we arrived at the destination. Later I found out that I paid twice than what others would have charged. Also, I was scared for my life when he was talking on the phone while driving this huge truck. There was trash on the dashboard and around the passenger seat. So I would recommend others to take a taxi or get a ride from a friend.
One more thing, they only take cash. So don’t forget to bring some bills and your coin purse.

I’m posting my review on here as well as Google because this guy deserves the kudos. This is the only company I’m using from now on when I need a tow. Mike might say he’s just doing his job, but this dude goes above and beyond.
My lowered and kitted Celica died in the middle of the road and I had to push it into a mall parking lot. I must have spent 45 – 60 minutes calling tow trucks asking for flatbeds and they were all busy. Probably because lowered cars are a pain in the ass to work with. Mike was the only guy who was willing to come help me out. Despite it being a hassle to tow and absolutely pouring rain, Mike still took his time and carefully got my car onto the flatbed while making sure nothing was damaged.
Mike earned every penny and I am so thankful that he’s the one who showed up to tow my car. If it was anyone else I’d probably have a cracked bumper to add to the repair list.

Really, really awesome service. I can’t recommend Mike enough. Got through on the phone right away and Mike did his best to diagnose the issue with my car to see if I could save myself any hassle. He met me exactly (a few minutes early, even) when he said he would and was consistently friendly while also being careful with my car.
Sterling was so easy to work with and the pricing was beyond reasonable (and I would know, I called several places before I called Sterling Auto while I was stranded). This company earned it’s five stars, for sure. I won’t bother calling anyone else if I have to get a tow again.

Excellent towing experience. Looked up cheap towing on Google and found this guy’s number. Gave him a call and he said he’d be there in 15 mins. He was there in about 10. Nice and friendly, turns out he was the owner of the business. Tow only cost me 52 bucks. Painless. Recommended!
