We source our products from all over the world and wait ! not just cookware, we also have artisanal cheese and ethnic foodstuffs too! With our own professional fromagere on site we offer artisanal cheeses from around the globe and close to home. Cecilia will customize a cheese board just for you!

History

Established in 2009.

Lisa opened her shop «The Passionate Cook’s Essentials» in October of last year. After 28 years in the Corporate world and having lived in Toronto her whole life, she has found her home in Uxbridge with her husband and two cats and she loves it!

Food has been Lisa’s passion since she was a little girl, now she has put her years of travel, reading about food and eating to great use as it is all reflected in her store and cooking classes

During her early years in the corporate world, Lisa pursued her passion of cooking by starting her own catering company. Unfortunately it demanded too much of her time and was interfereing with her day job so she had to stop. Her passion for food never waivered and she continued to take cooking courses wherever she traveled to. Most recently she completed a course at the Cordon Bleu school in Ottawa where she explored her love of french food
