I love Menchies and have been to quite a few Yogurty locations. This location really unimpressed me. The employee did not have any sample cups out. I went back to ask her for some sample cups and she gave me one. I found this really stingy. I preceded to sample a flavour and it ran all over my hands and the cup. The yogurt at this location was extremely runny. I asked her for another sample cup and she handed it to me. I tried another flavor which was also very runny. Since the yogurt was super runny, I was unable to reuse the cup and literally had to guess which flavours I wanted to eat. I found this annoying. I think she should have provided me with more than two cups. I feel refilling the sample cups is unhygienic and this store is encouraging this behavior since they aren’t freely providing customers with sample cups. I thought the idea was to offer customers sample cups so they can decide which flavours they would like to purchase. I would have gotten more froyo if I was able to sample more flavours. You definitely lost some sales. In addition, I asked the sales associate what the loyalty card looks like so I can find it in my wallet. She didn’t seem to care to assist with this. I then asked if she could look me up in the system and she said that isn’t possible. I think Yogurty’s should up their game and this location needs to improve their custom service.

I like the yogurt from Yogurty’s. Two issues I have with this location: 1. I generally like to put mochi on my yogurty but this location always seems to have mochi that have hardened. I’ve never had hard mochi while eating at Menchie’s as the mochi they have are always soft and chewy. 2. The crêpe. The employee working when we went there seemed inexperienced. We received THE worst looking crêpe after the employee’s second or third try. Quite frankly, I was surprised that the employee even served us that crêpe. All in all, I would visit for the yogurt but avoid the mochi and crêpe

I guess I’m one of the last people to learn about the whole self serve frozen yogurt craze. Basically you grab yourself a tub, fill it with whatever flavours you want, then slather with with the massive array of toppings they have on offer(either healthy fruity type things or not healthy candy/chocolate, etc.) You pay by weight so the more you load up the more you pay. I found the Yogurt pretty tasty. I would strongly recommend you ask the cashier for a free sample cup, you can they go around and sample every single flavour. The machine spits out a pretty big blob of yogurt so you can half full just sampling the many different flavours they have :) The interiors are all very new and funky looking. There’s usually either a lot of children running around or teenagers hanging out.
