Established in 2015.

Whisked Gluten-​Free was established to provide the Toronto Celiac and Gluten-​Intolerant community with great tasting and ingredient conscious products. All of our products are made with the best ingredients, non-​gmo, no hydrogenated oils, preservatives etc.

We try to keep nutrition in mind when developing our products by using high protein grains, fibre, less sodium, less sugar so that you feel fuller longer!

I have loved baking for as long as I can remember and I have always baked for family, friends, co-​workers, and even small businesses. I once dreamed of owning my own bakery as I spent my childhood and my teens in the family restaurant business. I put that dream on hold, went to college and graduated to a great 9 — 5 job that I have been enjoying for the last 25 years. I have worked hard over the years, have built a reputation of determination and dedication while building my experience is sales, manufacturing processes and general business. Everyone’s life has challenges and mine have made me resilient, stronger and flexible. They have prepared me to take this chance and make this change. So I am taking my passion for baking and I am turning the page to start a new chapter in my life.
