Totto Spa made my Valentine’s weekend surprise for my wife. Our visit was everything I could’ve asked for and more! I pre-booked a couples massage with their RMTs and upon arrival, I asked the receptionist if there was any additional services I could add on to make this day extra special. She suggested manicures/pedicures for the both of us, and what a treat! The pedicure room is AMAZING! Extremely bright with natural light from the big windows facing the lake. And how could I forget my favourite part; the hot tub and sauna area complete with Valentine’s day decorations and candles lit throughout to top off the romantic vibe. They also have this unique rain room but we didn’t have time to try it out. The ambiance of this place is quaint and cozy. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The massages were incredible and my RMT immediately addressed the tension in my neck and told me that’s where my headaches are coming from. I had no idea headaches could be treated by massage! I personally opted out of the manicure and the esthetician offered a paraffin treatment instead. For the first time in a while, my wife didn’t jump away from me when my feet brushed up against her legs in bed! My feet felt smooth. I would definitely recommend Totto to any other boyfriends or husbands looking to earn a few brownie points. This place has everything your lady could want! They also offer facials and was told in the summer they have a second roof top hot tub! I can’t wait to try it out this summer with the wife.

Horrible service. My friend and I booked pedicures weeks ago and we went yesterday for the appointment only to find out the man she spoke with did not book it! The lady at the desk told us this had happened before and she has spoken to him about it… We don’t care! We just want our pedis! Why is she telling us the salon drama? Maybe he shouldn’t be allowed to book appointments, or train him better or just fire him for loss of business. Of course we left. She asked us to wait for 12 to get the pedis done but I always go on first impressions… If this salon can’t even book an appointment I am certainly not going to trust them with a service.

Got a voucher for a mani-pedi and massage to this spa. The staff were very nice, my massage wasn’t by an RMT however and was mediocre but was still pretty relaxing. Got some wine and cheese and crackers while having my pedi done which was lovely. Pedi was not bad, not as good as my usual spot but still worth checking it out. In the summer they have a hot tub on the roof which you can use when you book a massage. Unfortunately it wasn’t warm enough the day I went.

I recently got a pedicure with Helda and she was great to talk to. Real quirky and upbeat. Bc the service was pleasant I decided to stick around for a basic mani. The spa room upstairs was relaxing and fresh because of the bright windows looking out to the water. However only downside is when I was paying I didn’t find the hairdresser ringing me out to be pleasant at all. Not a big deal but when I walk into a salon I expect to be taken care of instead of the other way around 3.5÷5

If you are in the beaches and your feet need some TLC, you should check out this neighborhood spa and salon! I was brought here as a surprise and indeed I was! If you are strolling along Queen Street and walked by Totto, the spa looks like a hair salon from the outside. It’s unexpectedly a large multi-floor full-service day spa offering facials, massages, and couple services at reasonable prices. When we arrived for our appointment, our jackets were taken and we were brought to the second floor. The pedicure area was clean, modern, and brightly lit and with a windowed wall, apparently with a view(too bad we were there in the evening). It would be a great space to host a nail party! I liked the configuration of the chairs and the equipment looked well maintained. The massage chairs are comfortable and they even have a butt massage feature which I uh, triggered accidentally. As I soaked my feet, I was brought a simple snack plate of grapes, crackers, cheese, and bottled water. It was a nice touch! The pedicure was relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed my foot and leg massage. I’m not sure if there is a fixed drying station, but I was moved to a more comfortable cushioned chair and a foot nail dryer was brought to me. Before we left, we took a quick look at the lower level couples spa facilities. There is a hot tub and a private room for couple’s massages. It reminded me of a European garden with a stone shower. The room décor was simple but charming and somewhat rustic. Totto is not a fancy spa but comfortable and still elegant. I’m sure I’ll be back, we’ll have to see for what services. :)

Had my hair done here for a wedding. The staff was all very friendly. I liked my do, but I was not blown away. Nice place though, worth giving them a try.
