Do not go here! You can get far better service elsewhere for the same price. I went for lash extensions twice. The esthetician just smelt so badly of smoke. She was a smoker! People have bad habits I understand! That being said when you are touching people’s faces and their delicate eyes you should not have smoke stale smelling fingers. It was awful. The job itself was also horrible. She glues 3 of my natural lashes together to one fake lash! Horrible! Do your research and stay away from this place. They need to wake up. Hopefully massage is better but I’m not about to try.

I’m going to be nice and actually give this place a 2 instead of a 1. The only thing that was truly of standard was their customer service. I’m an aesthetics student, and the pedicure that I learned to perform far exceeded this one. Minimal nail and cuticle work done and barely any massage at all. I was not impressed at all for having to pay 60 dollars for THAT. I should have checked the price first . The décor is very nice, the polish is SPAritual, which I loved. The music was just a random playlist from one of the workers IPod, which didnt really fit with the rest of the spa. BUT, the files and buffers were definitely used, so who knows about the rest of the implements. BTW, after visiting this place I got two planters warts and may possibly have a fungus now, not quite sure yet, but I’ve got flaky skin around the nail plate and my nails are yellowing. I can’t remember the name of the employee who worked on me but she had to get up a few times during the service to answer phones and stuff, which means they are understaffed. Not a big deal to me, but shows how tough they have it. Also, I was taught that if you are working in a spa you should have your hair up and out of your face, which she didnt. It’s all about the details, and this place could pay a little bit more attention. What’s worse, is I am more upset with myself for going and not checking to see if they had anything in the window from Toronto Health and Safety Board. Oh well, lesson learned I guess. After going there for a pedi, I won’t be going back. I would have paid maximum of $ 30 for that level of service. But I have never been there for any of their skin care, so for all I know they could be very excellent in that area. There were a few clients who came in who seemed to be regulars and there was a lovely connection between the guest and aesthetician. But I don’t recommend going there for nails.

This is such a beautiful and cute little salon in our Upper Beach neighborhood. Julia is the massage therapist there and she is a dream! I came in with lots of knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders. She focused the massage on these areas and I left feeling much better. I will be back soon!

I had a great experience here! Very clean and spa-like, with friendly staff and great service. I am now addicted to the shellac nails and they really do a wonderful job. The owner is very professional and courteous as well. Well worth every penny.
