Description

Specialties

The Hydrant invented small group walks for dogs (well, almost!).

In business since 2008, I am one of the only dog walking services in downtown Toronto to focus on small groups (1 – 3). It’s a safer and healthier experience for your pup.

I provide more attention, to ensure your dog has a perfectly personalized experience and has a stress-free walk.

I only walk dogs in my neighborhood, so there’s no long, crowded and hot car rides. I travel everywhere by foot, which gives me an eco-edge, I’m not polluting the air, nor stressing your dog out with an unnecessary new environment.

I’ve been in the community for years, and I hope to develop a long-term relationship with you and your dog. I know what everyone likes. Which makes life a walk in the park for everyone.

Contact me today for a meet & greet. I’d love to discuss you and your dogs’ needs.

History

Established in 2008.

Talk about doing work you love. Lindsay Shostal has always been passionate about dogs and loves being active, especially outdoors. It made sense to combine these two passions and start a dogwalking business. So she founded The Hydrant in 2009 and her doberman pinscher has been in heaven ever since.

With a personal interest in large breeds, Lindsay can easily handle the largest and strongest breeds out there. Everything she has learned from raising Logan has contributed to her understanding of the special requirements of large breed dogs.
