Inspiring greater health is Dr. Tara’s passion and she genuinely enjoys making a difference in people’s lives on a daily basis. History

Established in 2009.

Dr. Tara Campbell was born and raised in Toronto and Barrie, Ontario. A natural athlete and marathon runner, Tara developed a passion for wellness and active living early on.

Tara graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology and Health. As a part time job through university, Tara obtained her Personal Training Certification and worked as a personal trainer at GoodLife Fitness. Working closely with her clients to maximize their fitness and health, Tara felt limited by what she could do for them. To resolve this, she then went on complete the four year doctor of naturopathic medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

By bringing together her education in naturopathic medicine, her degree in psychology and health, her extensive fitness and sport background, and most importantly, her life passion for wellness and connecting with others, Tara is able to provide complete whole health care.

Want to know more about me?

When I was young, I used to practice «not dying». I would pretend I was in that breathless mortis state and I would will myself to wake up. I was determined that when my time came, I would simply open my eyes.

As I grew, so did my awareness of mortality; but importantly, I learned that while I could not prevent death, I could prevent aging (well, at least to some extent), which is perhaps more important to me now. I became fascinated with all health practices and the notion that a healthy active lifestyle and specific treatment approaches could prolong length and quality of life. Personally, I want to be the vital, 90-year-old woman who can still water-ski, who is quick in thought, who laughs wholeheartedly and who is still energized by life, family and friends.

Naturopathic Medicine and helping people achieve their ideal health is my true calling.

What are your health-related desires?

I look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,

Tara
