Subway

I had to write a quick follow up to my last review in which I was complaining about the service at this location. Whether coincidence or not, the usual guy that serves me hasn’t been at the front the past few days I’ve been there, and a woman (I think she might be management or something) has and has served me every day.
Talk about a complete flip! The woman that’s been serving me is pleasant, polite, friendly and fast! She doesn’t just dawdle around making your food, she makes it, packs it and cashes you out. She also takes more care in putting my sandwiches together; where the guy tends to throw everything together, she puts it together properly. The guy throws the egg on, puts a whole piece of bacon on without cutting it and then throws the cheese on top and stuffs it in the oven. The woman puts down one piece of egg, the bacon (carefully ripped in two), then the cheese, then more egg and then puts it into the oven. Seems like a small detail but the sandwich stays together better and all the ingredients are IN the sandwich her way.
I most certainly hope they keep the woman working the front from now on — she’s got it down pat!
