Never going back. In early October I brought them rare and expensive material to have Christmas gifts made. 6 Pocket squares and a scarf Firstly, they never called to say when things were done or how much they would cost. Secondly, they made it incorrectly.(they cut fringes on the pocket squares) Thirdly, they still never called me. Fourthly, they used up my material fixing their mistake, so that I won’t have enough for the scarf. So lastly, a week before Christmas, now that I finally just took back whatever was made, I have to find my mother another one of a kind gift.

I had several pair of pants repaired here and he did an amazing job considering what I gave him to work with. You wont meet a nicer guy. I wanted to have some shirts made and despite dropping in several times and promises of returned calls he just doesn’t seem to want to get back to me to move it forward. If he doesn’t want the job, I would prefer him to just say so. I posed it to him in those words and he assured me he does, his actions don’t match his words. I gave up. As for repairs, amazing.

Friendly staff! I brought in 2 pairs of jeans — both with the crotch blown out. They fixed them so well that I am going to bring my other pants in for fixing. In fact, I am going to bring all my tailoring needs to them. They delivered on time and did a great job.

I have now had two garments taken care d here, and have nothing but good things to say. I had a pair of jeans hemmed while I waited last summer, which I don’t think is normally possible, but Nasir seemed to sense my desperation! A simple task, but done neatly nonetheless. I am a frequent vintage shopper and love 50s era shirtdresses for work. I’d found a lovely Neiman Marcus at goodwill that was soft as butter but the proportions were off in a way that I wasn’t really able to quantify and I wasn’t wearing it. I took it in and he fit me on the spot. I largely let him use his discretion to modernize the fit(as he also makes made to measure items and I was confident in his eye.) $ 50 and 10 days later I picked it up. The hem had was raised about 18″ and thoughtfully recut to be slightly lower in the sides. A personal choice that he immediately explained and offered to switch to something more conventional but it was a lovely tweak. It was taken in perfectly through the torso, and the sleeves had been dismantled and rebuilt in a more flattering fashion. Wonderful. Love this guy.
