History
Established in 2013.
Koji Zenimaru — Owner of Kingyo Izakaya in Cabbagetown brings his style of Ramen to Toronto! His motto is to make people smile through his food. His lives by the saying «His happiness is your happiness» and strives to make a truly traditional bowl of noodles for you. We hope to see you at Ramen Isshin and we appreciate all honest reviews. Business Owner
Koji Zenimaru, owner of Kingyo Toronto started his career at the age of 16 where he grew his skills working in several Japanese establishments. After moving to Vancouver, Koji worked as head chef /manager /director of several Japanese Izakayas including Guu, Kingyo Vancouver, Suika and Rajio.
Three years ago, Koji moved to Toronto to open Kingyo Toronto and in 2013, Koji decided it was time to expand his knowledge and skills to Ramen.
