About Us

The Queen of Cupcakes is a new venture for long time baking enthusiast Marta Peters, after many birthday cakes, pies, muffins, cookies and especially cupcakes baked for the love of family and friends Marta has decided to set up shop and share her recipes with the world!

The History

Most of Marta’s recipes are not really her own, they come from many people from many different cultures, however, all of them have all undergone rigorous testing and critique till they are perfect! Just ask her most avid critics, her friends and family. The bulk of Mara’s recipes come from her Polish grandmother, and to this day Marta’s recreations are never as when her grandmother made them («I could almost swear she left something out of the recipe on purpose to drive me and my aunts crazy!»), though she follows them to the letter. Some recipes come from friends and some are the fruits of culinary experiments, but all of them are guaranteed delicious!
