Oooh I feel badly that his looks like the first review for this place and I’m about to rip it to shreds.
If I could give this place a lesser rating, I would. I have used this place for 4 years through my workplace and the incompetence here hurts my feelings. I order the same things each time and every time, I run into problems ranging from: not keeping my graphics on file to not making the correct amount of an item to not delivering to the correct place to not cutting business card straight. What makes doing business here worse is that they make no effort to apologize by offering a discount on services that they seriously screwed up yet the accounting department is all over you a week later. Hey buddy, know that delivery you are charging me, didn’t actually happen. If they can’t even discount or offer free goods to make up for poor service they obviously are hard up for cash which is sad because BOTH their product and the service is crap. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the other day I had to preface my email «if you still work here» because every time I contact this place (a few times a year) it seems they have an entirely new work force. Well Pulp & Fiber, it’s no surprise this account is leaving you, I’m just taking the cue from your staff.
To summarize, the lack of professionalism at this place is glaring. Such poor customer service from the accounts managers is unacceptable and standards for the product going out is poor and lacking quality control.
I advise taking your business elsewhere until new management takes over and this place starts offering something worth paying for other than their graphic design.
