Pascal’s Baguette and Bagels began in 1993 as a small, sole-proprietorship in Toronto, Ontario continuing a Bagel/Dessert making tradition that was started way back then By his grand father. Our pastry chef Pascal has travelled and apprenticed under the best chefs and returned to canada with the original recipes in hand and the passion to make a diffrence in the bakery business.
