Oasis Bar and Lounge

I was only here for a quick drink after a Blue Jays game, so I can’t speak to the food. The bar was quite crowded, so it took a while to get served. That said, the patio is fantastic! Great vibe, lounging areas, and lots of beautiful-​people watching.

Oasis is a stunning rooftop patio bar. It looks really great… But that’s as good as it gets. It’s a seat yourself place but that’s not immediately clear. Was there at 5:30 and expected it to be much busier with an after work crowd. There were business meetings going on and a handful of people enjoying the hot weather. A bucket of 6 coronitas is $ 24, and that is all we enjoyed. A plate of vegetarian nachos was $ 19. Given the price of food, we enjoyed our coronitas and moved onto the next place. Our group was on a budget and oasis didn’t fit into it. The bucket of beers arrived with a handful of ice because they were running low. The bottom of the bucket was filthy… Kind of turned me off of ordering food there. The wicker table we had was missing the glass top piece so you couldn’t really rest anything on the table without it falling over. We had to rest our beers on the ground. The menu was torn and just didn’t give me a feeling that this was a place where they pay attention to the food. Beautiful patio space though.

Came here for a patio lunch yesterday — despite the outdoors and the nice sun everything else managed to be pretty disappointing.
We ordered the chorizo tacos to start and followed it up with the chicken wrap and pulled pork sandwich. Tacos were a bit dry, chicken wrap was cold, pork sandwich was okay but I thought the bread was a poor choice — overpowered the meat. I had the Mr. Pink for a drink which was very very tasty but the lemonade cocktail was horrible.
Our server, who was also the bartender was pleasant however, it seemed like every other staff member at this place was miserable. I’ve never seen such grumpy individuals that get so much sunlight — I thought sun cheered people up!
If I returned here, it’d be for drinks only.

Food and service was really bad here. came here for a GNO session (although GNO was fun: D)
We ordered the chicken nachos, pulled pork tacos and chicken wings.
The chicken and pulled pork were cold, it tasted like they just defrosted it and put it in our tacos — it was really bad.
Also, it took us forever to flag down our server. Overall, bad.
Not coming back here.
But on the positive note, they have a decent patio haha.
