Long ago, NIM was great. In the last year, they have fallen off the map. One weekend, they sent me half the calorie count I was supposed to get, so each day, I was getting just under 700 calories of food instead of 1400 calories a day.
When I called, no one answers or returns messages.
There is some kind of mismanagement issue there and maybe when they resolve that, I’ll order from them again.

Firstly the delivery is very inconsistent ! Even though they deliver just twice a week
I am signed for a 7 days a week worth of meals and because they have trouble with delivery in Montréal they cancelled Monday meals (even though I have paid for them) they never said anything about the new arrangement and replied like I should know that THEY cancelled Monday delivery !!! Why am I annoyed !!!
I find the customer service extremely unhelpful — bordering on the rude side
And despite me listening to the guy who called me last month after me calling and emailing asking for my meals! With no one replying– reiterating how much thousands of dollars they have lost as a company — I don’t need to be involved in your company’s internal matter — you either manage it properly or refund my money back !
On Tuesday and Friday because the delivery courier deliver around 12−1− expect to have your breakfast at lunch time — or buy yourself a muffin on your way to work
Now I talked about delivery and customer service
Let’s talk about food —- portions are very tiny (fine), smelly and you know nothing about what is in there because it seems that in order to reduce their cost Nutrition in Motion decided to discard the labels on meals — you go figure yourself !!!
Meals are missing every single time
I end up having breakfast and dinner and 3 snacks and no lunch !!!
And the new trend is to fetch for your snacks in bottom of the box (which they chilled with water bottles) so every snack or desert I receive I have to collect piece by piece and put it back in the unsealed container
This service for some reason has deteriorated
I will never recommend it
Can’t wait to stop receiving the bulky box twice a week with food that end up in the garbage

NIM is a food delivery service in Toronto. You pay up front, go on-​line, pick your menu items, and everything gets delivered to your front door in a smart-​looking cooler bag. All the food is labelled with the ingredients and the calorie content.
I have now been ordering from NIM for almost two weeks. I didn’t do this because I want to lose weight (although the calorie count is very helpful) but because I simply don’t have the time right now to grocery shop and cook. Eating out every day was expensive, so I did the 10-​day trial with NIM. Half-​way through the trial I ordered a full month of deliveries. I’m hooked! The food is delicious, more so than I expected. I am eating fresh vegetables and fruit again, and healthy portions of meat. I’m very impressed with the choice of meals, and the stellar customer service.
For about $ 35/​day I get three meals, two snacks and a dessert. If you eat fresh food that is prepared well by a good chef and a nutritionist, it will fill you up. I am on the 1200 calorie plan and do not feel hungry at all.
Sure — there are probably cheaper similar services out there, but I did some research and NIM was by far the best value for money. I’m thrilled.

Nutrition in Motion has great food selection and tasty meals.
Their customer service is top notch. I would use them again.
You can choose your meals online and your delivery date.
There are different meal price plans. Its a good way to follow and
keep a diet. There’s a calorie count with meals online.
I used an online coupon to try them out, so I received four meals for the deal. Their regular service has more options and covers a whole day of food plus snacks.
The only thing I would change is my condo building’s concierge and security desk,. They ate my food and didn’t reimburse. I would check with
your building’s front desk if they accept food deliveries otherwise you’ll be missing a few meals. I’ll cover my building’s management/​security in TerraWoods and G4S security review later on.
