Being a qualified hypnotherapist, I realized there was a need for helping people to deal in a natural way with being over stressed, stop smoking, confidence building, weight reduction and more.

Many people suffer adverse health effects related to stress. For example, stress can be the cause of strokes, heart attacks, ulcers, poor concentration and even death.

When we gaze into the mirror at our reflection, we are capable of changing that reflection, if we don’t like what we see. I can work with you to create positive change in your life.

Theresa received her B.A. in English from the Detroit Institute of Technology. In Toronto she trained as a Hypnotherapist and was certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists in 2005. She is also a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
