I am a criminal defence lawyer who provides representation to individuals facing criminal and drug charges. I am a partner at the largest criminal law firm in Canada. I work zealously to ensure your rights are protected at every step and that your receive the best possible defence. I am available to conduct trials, preliminary hearings, bail hearings and bail reviews. I regularly conduct trials in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. I conduct trials in the courthouses throughout Toronto, Newmarket, Oshawa and Brampton. My office is located in downtown Toronto. Initial consultations are always free and I am available to conduct weekend bail hearings.

Business Owner

I am a Toronto criminal lawyer and a partner at the law firm of Rusonik, O’Connor, Robbins, Ross, Gorham & Angelini LLP — Canada’s largest criminal defence law firm.

I attended law school at Queen’s University and received an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto. I then articled for Jack Pinkofsky at the law firm formerly known as Pinkofskys Criminal Trial and Appeal Lawyers and then rejoined Pinkofskys after he completed his articling as a lawyer. I am licensed to practice law by the Law Society of Upper Canada and I am also a long-​time member of the Criminal Lawyers Association.

I am a trial lawyer who has secured hundreds of acquittals and withdrawals for my clients. I have successfully represented clients accused of some of the most serious offences in the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
