Business Owner

I am a Life Coach and Business Coach, based in Toronto, Ontario, and have been involved in the human potential movement for the past 22 years. Trained in Solution Focused Coaching from Erickson College,

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur and in corporate business. That experience includes owning and operating a successful retail produce chain, successful Bistro café, and a successful vacation and residential rental company which I continue to own and operate today. My corporate experience involved people management, sales, and project management.

My training, life experiences and background in business have led me to believe that effective coaching needs to take into account the person as a whole, and their life in context, and not just focus on isolated goals or behaviours.
