Welcome to Toronto’s leading integrative medical clinic. Our experienced team of naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, and lifestyle counsellors work together to ensure our clients are supported to their fullest potential.

We specialize in hormone balance, PMS, fertility, stress management, anxiety and depression, weight loss, acne, eczema and allergy, inflammatory bowel disease and digestive health, food sensitivity testing, pain management, sports medicine and IV therapy.

Our goal is to create a collaborative partnership with our clients. We teach our clients how to understand their health concerns and create a goal oriented health promotion plan.

History

Established in 2008.

The Integrative Health Institute (IHI) is a modern and dynamic clinic, founded in naturopathic philosophy and embodying team-​driven healthcare. Founded by Drs Erin Wiley and Meghan Walker, IHI reflects a vision to create an urban health centre that is driven by a team of practitioners passionate about health promotion and illness prevention. Since its inception, IHI has grown to become a full service integrative health clinic, with more than 9 practitioners including naturopathic doctors, osteopathic & chiropractic doctors, massage therapists, pelvic floor physiotherapists and nutritional/​lifestyle coaches. IHI practitioners strive to operate as a true integrative medical team. Regardless of who you are working with, your clinicians will interact and communicate directly and strategically about your health.

Business Owner

Dr. Erin Wiley is the Co-​Founder and Clinic Director of the Integrative Health Institute. Erin is passionate about integrative medicine and is dedicated to working with the most talented alternative health practitioners in the city.

The IHI team understands that our clients’ health is our highest priority and our goal is to offer the very best client care and customer service available.

Dr. Wiley graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2007. Dr. Wiley is a former President of CCNM’s Naturopathic Students Association and upon graduation received the Naturopathic Honour Award. She also graduated with distinction from the Honours Health Science program at Western University. Dr. Wiley is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She is actively involved in educating the public about health and naturopathic medicine through speaking engagements and media appearances.

My whole family (husband, myself, and daughter) all are patients of the fabulous NDs here. I highly recommend massages here too and yoga! Great atmosphere and community. Virginia at receptions is the best!

The massage itself was worth it. The experience was disappointing because while getting my massage I could hear people talking in the waiting room almost the whole time. I was put in a room with a wall that was shared with a bathroom. I could hear the toilet flush which was annoyjng. I like my massages to be quiet and relaxing.

I have greatly befitted from working with the IHI team over the years and all the gifts and talents they offer in such a loving, caring and nurturing environment.
I have worked with many holistic practitioners over the years and by far have received the most consistent and outstanding care from each practitioner I have worked with at the IHI. Experience it yourself, it’s the first step.

I’ll have to fall in line with the other reviewers with 5 stars for Integrative Health Institute as they hit all the right buttons for me too. An excellent location with a second floor corner spot overlooking a busy downtown corner. Modern interior design with comfortable seating and pleasant surroundings along with a friendly receptionist. Their rooms have space for groups focussing on different types of therapy covering a wide variety of homeopathic treatments and the number of business cards in reception reflects the attraction generated by this clinic for many different practitioners. AND most importantly for me, my favourite chiropractor makes this spot hers now, helping me feel so much better with her skills. Drop in and ask about their services, you can’t go wrong!

Black leather club chairs, dark hardwood flooring, exposed brick, sliding barn doors and large windows with lots of natural light make this a warm yet modern space with staff to match. Meghan is my Naturopathic doctor, she is amazing, a great listener and has really helped me with a number of issues that were all deeply related where the MD’s basically said there was nothing they could do. Meghan provides care with several different disciplines (naturopathy, homeopathy, acupunture, etc) and takes the time to make sure I understand exactly what is happening and why, you can tell that she truely cares about her patients. All the massage therapists are wonderful and the infared sauna is an amazing detox (although I suggest doing this in the autumn when it’s a little cooler outside). There is also a MD on staff on select days should you wish to see a GP. IHI has been my primary care clinic for about two years, I tried a few others prior and this is by far the best full service clinic in the city based on staff, atmosphere, services and products. Highly recommended.

I agree with Angela N. regarding IHI. After my first session with a naturopath at the clinic over a year and a half ago. I was hooked.
The clinic’s space is incredibly comforting and peaceful, while the staff (reception to practitioners) are all warm and welcoming. I have been going to IHI regularly for naturopathic sessions (while being treated for food sensitivities, hormonal imbalance and stress reduction by way of acupuncture and auricular energy treatments). As well, I have been treated by the clinic’s osteopath for a chronic hip injury. I have been very pleased with my results. Both doctors I deal with are extremely professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. It is apparent, the clinic’s passion is helping people find well balanced health through natural remedies and education. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been going to IHI for about a year now and have been incredibly impressed the whole time. My naturopath is incredibly helpful, finding solutions to problems that doctors ignored and natural solutions to problems that doctors wanted to solve with drastic procedures. I have also been seeing a massage therapist there, going to yoga, seeing the medical doctor on occasion, and participating in workshops. You won’t find a better clinic anywhere in the city.
