Established in 2014.

At Loving Support Services we are dedicated to our community and what their needs are. We listen to our seniors and try our best to offer the best service possible to meet their needs. With the promotion of healthy mind and body, we offer a variety of services to help seniors live a healthy life style. We offer services that are aim at promoting independence in our seniors; it will give them a sense of fulfillment and dignity that most of them have lost along the way.

Manager

Conducting monthly follow up on service delivered to clients and track customer satisfactory. Build stronger relationships with clients to understand what plans or needs required. Providing companionship for clients we are also renewing their services with Loving Support Services. This allows me to evaluate our employee performance and customer overall satisfaction. Giving clients a monthly review will be more than necessary and you have to know what to look for. Dianne has had experience doing evaluations and progression reports on clients that were disabled and mentally ill. This member of the team brings a Sheridan college Diploma in Community Services as well as having CPR, level C/​AED; Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Knowledge of outreach activities, strategies, developing and facilitating workshops being one of our main care providers will train and increase knowledge of company expectation.
