A lovely park, very compact and clean. There are a few benches and picnic tables, a play structure, and a grassy area for dogs. Situated in the cozy neighbourhood of Leslieville(hence the name) this park is a very family friendly pitstop.

Cute park, there’s a kid’s play area and picnic tables. Often there are older people sitting on the benches facing the street hanging out.

in the heat of the summer, the toastiness of the spring and the coolness of the fall, this park is the outdoor haven of leslieville for kids. its a spacious park that is home to many events. on the east end of the park, there is a youth centre where kids can go after school for community activities. flanking that building is the tango palace coffee shop which is very convenient for parents taking their kids to the park as a rest stop after or before for refreshments. a wading pool where kids can play during those sunny months is on the jones avenue side. during the summer many community festivals take place here, some where vendors from the neighbourhood can come to display their goods, artisans their creations and green groups their knowledge. at the foot of the sidewalk are a few benches convenient for people watching or if you are feeling more active you can hop, skip and jump all over the fairly new jungle gym slides and stuff(the park was revitalized in 2005). behind that is a baseball diamond and in and around the space are paved walking paths and ample space to horse around, have picnic or what have you.
