History
Established in 1989.
Learn2 started while Doug Bolger was studying at Laurier. Apprenticing with world-class professors, Doug learned quickly that clients did not want boring models and exercises, they wanted to apply their learning to make their culture, team, and results stronger.
The employee and leadership development programs evolved with each program and still do today. Nothing is ever final at Learn2. Each client brings their needs, their challenges and creates truly amazing results when together with a Learn2 coach.
The early days of leadership development programs led to communication, team, and sales skill development programs. The programs are all based on the award-winning design principles that have taken Learn2 to 35 countries to transform teams, cultures and results.
