The absolute WORST nail place in the city. It smells awful and the women working here have zero customer service skills and even worse they reuse the nail files and buffers on their customers! That is so gross! I don’t want other people’s germs or an infection… They just want money and haven’t a clue about proper hygiene! I will be calling Health Canada ASAP I most certainly do not recommend this place and will never come back.

The service was very friendly and their mani pedi job is amazing. None of my cuticles were missed. I do my nails everywhere, and this is one of the best salons. Price is amazing too better than the ones around the area l. Definitely will recommend to all my friends. So glad I discovered this place, now it’s my permanent nail salon I go to every 2 to 3 weeks.

This is a FANTASTIC little spot. They do a thorough, caring and amazing job. Don’t sacrifice quality for a «glitzy» nail sweatshop salon. They are fast, but the results are wonderful, and the prices very good.

Not going back. The first experience was pleasant and the Shellac job was fine for the price. On my first visit I was told it was $ 20 for Shellac removal and new color and I remember distinctly because I remember thinking wow this is a great deal. The first visit I was convinced to to a manicure because it was only an additional $ 5, the service was good so I agreed. When I went back and was getting my Shellac removed I opted out of the manicure so I was told that it was $ 5 to remove. The price was changed because I did not agree to a manicure the second time. I confronted the owner about this explaining that is was not about the $ 5 but the principle. She argued with me, told me that I did not remember and that she had never had a more difficult customer — horrible customer service. I have had Shellac jobs for almost $ 50 because it is not about the price but the service. I ended up leaving with only Shellac removal, refused to have her do my nails after being treated like that. I am new to the area and that is why I wanted to write this review, to save someone else the head ache.

This little gem is a new addition to the neighborhood and the shop is clean-clean-clean. Good prices and open on Sunday! They do a great mani, pedi, shellac, but their nail extensions and bio nails are less than perfect.

Worst place ever! Bad results and terrible service. One star is too good a rating for them! Got a Brazilian. The wax was so hot it burnt me. When I said it was too hot the lady made excuse and said I’m just too sensitive. As a result not only was it painful for two days cause it was burnt, it literally peeled like a sunburn would! I went to complain and they didn’t care nor would they provide me with a name for the manager or owner or give me any contact information.
