The service here is outstanding. It’s, essentially, what brought me back. They have a great selection of cute products ranging from pens, stationary to lunch kits. I bought two Xmas gifts while I was there and they even gift wrapped them for me! Honestly, go for the service, they will put a big smile on your face and make sure you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

I love cute Korean stationary stores. It’s in K-​town. I came to Toronto with my friend and we decided to come here. It’s a cute little store and has many different things. I will warn you, it is super expensive. We ended up not buying anything here.
The guy at the casher was very energetic and funny.
If you’re in the area, stop by and check it out.

Really great service! Enthusiastic staff person at the shop demo-​ed some of the items (e.g. something like an Itazura piggy bank). Probably the best part of experience was the little ‘gift bow-​pull ribbon’ show at checkout. A choice of colored ribbon was offered (I chose blue). The earlier mentioned staff person pulled the ribbon and a gift bow came about and was then placed on my purchase. Left with goodbyes from both staff persons of who I’m assumed were and at least the played the role of Sarah and Tom. Pretty nice of them for going the extra — and generous at that — mile in service.
Great selection of 0.3mm pens. Hi-​Tec C pens were available. There were these other types of 0.3mm pens called Fine-​Tech which were impressively at half the price of Hi-​Tec pens.

Excellent place to come buy someone you know a gift. The service is great. Items they sell are flashy and nice. Good place to do christmas shopping.

Whenever I pass by Ktown on Bloor St. West, a visit to Sarah & Tom is a must!
The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They show great care to their customers, one thing that I like is that with every purchase they would ask you to choose a colour ribbon of your choice to your purchased item (s) and they also offer free gift wrapping (esp. when you are buying something for someone)! They have lots of Hello Kitty and Totoro merchandise around the store; and some cute stationary like pencil cases and notebooks! They are, however, quite a bit costly depending on your budget. Often I go for their cute selection of sticky notes and tabs, very useful if you’re a student like me to bookmark textbook pages and notes!
They are also frequently stocked with K-​pop albums and some concert dvds (especially EXO, there’s a bunch of those I saw on my visits), but more of recent releases (from around 2013 to now). From what I remember they used to do special orders (not sure if they still continue to offer this option) for hard-​to-​find K-​pop albums. There is an option if you want to want to buy an official poster if you buy an album (for an additional $ 2.99 I believe, the poster costs a lot more separately just a heads up). There is a selection of smaller posters of various K-​pop groups/​artists (in the bins beside the albums) for a cheaper price.
Overall I recommend this store to anyone who likes cute things, sticky notes, and K-​pop in general.

everything is overpriced and really bad quality…
i thought the buttons were cute so I got one for $ 4.99!!! and after a couple days the cover just fell off and the button tore apart. it wasn’t even glued on… the picture was just FOLDED around the plastic. so there was $ 5 down the drain.
I also got an Infinite (kpop) calendar here for like $ 10 and upon closer inspection I realized the calendar is TOTALLY USELESS. all it has is the name of the month, and the numbers 1 – 31 in the corner. no Monday-​friday, no indicator of which day is which. all you can really tell from the «calendar» is how many days there are in the month =_​=! I’ll take a pic of it to show you guys when I get the chance.

Every time I’m in Koreatown I ALWAYS visit this store even if I don’t want to buy anything. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful, if it’s hot they fan you, if it’s raining they have a basket for you to put your umbrellas.
They don’t only have great service but it’s also a great store to buy cute little gifts for people. They have a very wide variety of things and they always have new albums in their kpop selection. Everything you buy gets wrapped up really nicely and the whole store just has a very welcoming atmosphere.

I really enjoy the atmosphere though, the place is really brightly lit and super cute. I am totally won over by all the plushies and Hello Kitty overload; the only thing stopping me is the extremely steep prices. The lady that was working (maybe sarah?) was really nice, she came over to greet me and another customer and showed us a magic trick. I was kind of baffled at first since I didn’t expect that much interaction upon entering the shop, LOL.
They also have what seems to be a pretty extensive array of Kpop albums/​posters/​stickers. Although, I totally walked by it the first time without noticing until I was about to leave as it is right by the doorway. I was totally focused on the cute plushies and stationary and just walked right by it, LOL! I personally don’t really listen to Kpop outside of 2NE1, Big Bang, and Taeyang. I was looking particular for Taeyang’s Rise album and to my delight I found it! Unfortunately, I just couldn’t justify purchasing it due to its price…$ 27.00 for an album? That just seemed ridiculous to me… considering it’s the digital age as well. The other albums are priced around the same, but I couldn’t really find much of Big Bang or 2NE1 surprisingly which was a bit disappointing.
I haven’t purchased anything from here yet due to the high prices, but it’s still a great place to explore and look at. I didn’t know about their gift wrapping (and possibly a poster with album purchase?) though, which is a really nice touch that might make this place more appealing to me the next time I visit. This place is definitely worth a look!

Jenny took the words right out of my post. The markups are quite silly to anyone who frequently shops on GMarket. However, for those who do not have the luxury of buying online, this is still a lovely local alternative.

I love love love the stickers, omg!!! They’re so cute and I bet you couldn’t find something like the stock they have anywhere else.
I love the different notebooks and cute shenanigans they have! I do find some stuff to be a bit pricey though… keychains should not be $ 10! Those ones were pretty generic.
They do giftwrap your purchases with glittery wrapping paper and even a bow. I am not in the area often, but I definitely will return for more cute stuff.

This place is great for stationary and stickers if you have pen pals, or even enjoy scrap booking!
If you are a Kpop fan, even better. They have a few items relating to popular Kpop groups!

I always enjoy myself when I’m there, and love talking to the lady. She’s very sweet and helpful!

I go to Korea town mostly to eat and with kpop obsessed friends. Sarah and Tom is a very friendly business that prides itself on having new releases to kpop. Although I’m not a fan myself, I do enjoy coming here to look around. It’s pricey and I’m sure all these things are much more cheaper in Korea. Avoid the stuffed animals as they can run up to 30 – 300 dollars. Bring lots of cash to buy all the cute trinkets. I do however enjoy the fact that they wrap every single thing you buy. But it’s quite annoying if you just wanna head out and they want to gift wrap a pencil.

If I could marry a store, after visiting Just You Sarah and Tom, I’d be engaged. I know I’ve seen a ton of this merchandise before elsewhere and to be honest, I am completely ignorant of who’s hot and not in the kpop world so that was lost on me too, but none of that mattered when I stepped into the bright cheery shop off the snowy bitter streets of Toronto. It was love at first sight! I ended up walking out with two bottles of «happy pills» and gosh darn it, I DID feel happy as I purchased them! It is rare in this town that you get excellent customer service and often impossible if you are making a small purchase. Not so here! As mentioned in other reviews, the two items were wrapped separately and lovingly while all the while the staff made very pleasant conversation. I was smiling the whole time and not in the fake, I’m just humoring you while you take your time getting my stuff together, but in an honest heartfelt appreciation of their warmth and enthusiasm. I can’t wait to return!

I LOVE THIS STORE. Seriously it carries basically almost all my needs and has loads of kpop stuff so if you’re a kpop fan please pay this store a visit!
Not only does the store carry a lot of ghibli, rikkaluma stuff, but the staff is SUPER friendly! When you got your items ready and paid for it, they wrap it up in usual wrapping paper like an actual present :)
In conclusion, if you’re a kpop fan, and want excellent customer service and want to buy something for your friend and have them wrap it up, go visit this store, NOW!

I think this will be my first review of a store and not a restaurant, so I’ll try to keep it on the mark.
First off, I’ve just returned from living in Korea for 3 years so my opinion is extremely biased.
I will start with the bad. A lot of previous reviewers felt the prices were very reasonable and I have the unfortunate knowledge of knowing that some of those stationary items have a 100% markup. Ouch. Apparently that’s normal and other reviewers were pleased by the prices. If you’re ever interested in buying these sorts of products in bulk, I think the GMarket website is a better go.
That being said, the selection is very good and the service is VERY friendly. Not only did they help me find the item I was looking for within my price range, they then individually wrapped each item (it was a pencil case set) so that my gift looked extra bulky. Since coming back to Canada, I haven’t run into service as friendly as the one I got in this store. They also chatted with me and were really personable.
I hope this store does well in Toronto because I think they’re doing everything right. I would love it if other stores learned from them!

Loved this place! The worker (Tom?) was very nice and upbeat, which is great because many employees of stores these days seem to be fake and bored. Apart from the great service, the merchandise was reasonably priced and I loved the selection of K-​POP posters and little knickknacks. I definitely want to go back!

Just opened 3 months ago, this store will fill your fobby craving of Hello Kitty’s and Totoro stuff, from stuffed animals to stationary. Typical fobby store. Prices are really the same as Pacific Mall’s, and definitely less stuff. However, it’s quality stuff.
It’s an extremely small store, cellphone keychains (that aren’t cheap looking like pacmall’s) priced between $ 6 and $ 15. Stuffed animals start at $ 22, cards and letters around $ 4 to $ 8.
I think the prices are reasonable, considering your alternative is to call a citizen of Hong Kong or Japan to bring things over. And I mean QUALITY stuff! I love those keychains!
The shop owner is a Korean man, VERY VERY friendly and funny! He kept poking fun that I need to bring my boyfriend here so he can buy me everything in the shop. He also showed us a magic trick, and he wrapped my friend’s purchase into a very cute gift (with a bow on top).
