I will never come back to this location again, the drinks are average, customer service is awful. The Asian lady from this location have the worst attitude.
Months ago, she yelled at my sister for moving her bottle she left on the table which are for customers. I almost wanted to confront her but we just let it go, maybe she was just having a bad day.
I was at the mall yesterday, it was the same lady again, she’s just there everyday. Despite the first experience, I decided to give it another chance. I ordered PB (peanut butter) protein shake. When she finally gave me the drink, it was not what I wanted. she was speaking to me in mandarin the whole time with broken English in between. And I don’t really speak mandarin.
So I told her I wanted the PB protein from the menu. She then spoke to me in mandarin and said «You wanted the Big Beet, and why didn’t you stop me when I wasn’t making the PB protein?»
I was jaw-​dropped by her reaction! Seriously? As a customer, am I suppose to monitor if she is doing the right thing? Also, PB and Big Beet sounds different enough to to me LOL
She is not only unfit for the job, she have no respect for her customers, also ruining the reputation of a successful chain juice bar. This place don’t deserve my money.
