Normally I don’t order too many drinks from bubble tea shops as water or tea is my drink of choice but the combination of just eating an extra spicy noodle from the neighbouring One2 Snacks plus a really hot day drove me there… note to self, don’t eat extra spicy on a hot day!!! They advertise that they use 100% real juice and not the powdered stuff so that’s a good start. I ordered an Avocado and Mango drink to go in a small size(500cc) for $ 5.05 total. Taste was good as you could tell they used real mango juice where as the powdered stuff tends to be more watery and overly sweet. The place is a little messy with boxes and supplies but a couple of tables are available for seating. Just don’t expect any fancy or hip décor as it’s not exactly a place to impress your date!

Looking for a way to beat the heat and get your daily dose of vitamins at the same time? Fresh fruit smoothies, shakes and bubble tea is the perfect solution. The space is small and crowded with boxes of supplies, 2 tables with 6 chairs and an empty freezer, I wouldn’t want to come during peak hours because there’s only one worker and I’m sure it gets awfully packed. The choices can be overwhelming especially if it’s your first time(please refer to my attached pictures). Thank goodness my hubby was there to help me make a choice because everything sounded yummy. We ordered a coconut and mango shake with the tapioca pearls(you can add tapioca pearls to any of the drinks for free) and up sized it from 500cc to 700cc for an additional $ 1 so we could share. There was a steady stream of customers but our order came out pretty quick. Holey moley the shake was soooo delicious and filled me up so I wasn’t even hungry any more(I was planning to have it with some food). I’ll definitely be back to try all the other flavors and maybe work my way up the«Top 10» list.

Consistently good bubble tea. They don’t use powders. The price is like every other bubble tea shop(maybe a little bit cheaper). This place is better for take out(in fact, I can’t even remember if there is seating at all).

Very Fresh and very good bubble Tea! I am in love with the Mango and Avocado, they only use fresh fruit to make the juices and it is very appealing compared to other places. It has a lot of snacks too but I would only go for the bubble tea. I love this franchise!

As advertised on the signs outside this place uses real fruit and none of that powdered crap. There were alot of different fruit combinations to choose from and I couldn’t decide which one to get so I just went with the first one on the list — Mango lychee bubbletea. I went with a large and I believe it cost $ 6.25 tax in. Real fruit is just so much better. The texture is different and taste 1000% better than powdered bubble tea. I could feel the fibres from the mango in the drink. The mango and lychee combination went well together. In terms of price it is pretty much the same as the powdered versions out there. maybe slightly higher but worth the extra money. Not really a sit in place but there are 2 tables available. Service was good as there was no one else there.

Best bubble tea ever! This review is too short so am going to add text to it. Elevator and plumbing in the minivan are close to cheese.

When I went to middle school I used to alwaaays walk here to get fish/beef balls and freshly made fruit bubble tea!!! ^__^ they also used to sell reaalllyy yummy instant noodles for like $ 2 – 3. Mouth waters just thinking about it. The prices were very low and very worth it. There’s not too many places that use fresh fruits anymore so this place is really great :) I always loved it and although I haven’t been there for a while I’m sure they’re doing just as great as before!

I was in the mood for bubble tea as I was waiting for my delicious, delicious Malaysian takeaway order from One2 Snacks. Luckily, Food Jungle was in the same plaza, so I popped in! It’s a really small, kind of dingy-looking spot, but it advertised the best real bubble tea(not from powder, no ice, firm pearls). Needless to say, I was intrigued. My taro bubble tea was made from a pre-frozen mix, and was pretty milky. The taste was definitely not artificial; it had a muted, subtle taro flavour. I can’t put my finger on what was surprising, but I wasn’t excited to be drinking it. The small size was comparable to the medium you get in Mississauga, and for $ 3.75 wasn’t a bad deal. And if I’m in the area again, I want to try their snacks. Maybe the novelty of the bubble tea is finally wearing off for me. I wasn’t wowed by my choice, and all in all it was just average. A decent deal, but not one I’ll actively seek out.

The durian shake with bubbles is the thickest, most authentic, most luscious durian drink I have ever had in my life. Take out a drink to tide you over while you wait for your order at the One to Snack Malaysian takeout restaurant!

For the price, the bubble tea here is really great. A lot of bubble tea places are so stingy, which really kills the customer’s experience and gives them a bad image, but here it’s cheap(even with tax included), quick and there’s no extra charge for tapioca. They make their drinks(at least the smoothies and slushies) from frozen, already-made mixes that are in the takeout cups. At least from what I see behind the counter lol. So that’s fine, nothing from powder!

Honestly one of my favourite bubble tea places. I crave their stuff everyday! haha I come here A LOT, even scored myself a nice VIP10% off discount card going on with them. I’m a HUGE fan of their taro and coconut milkshakes. And I’ve never been disappointed by them. The one thing I like about Food Jungle is their consistency, nothing changes, the flavour is always perfect, and that’s why I always go back. The curry fish balls aren’t exactly the best, but it’s good enough for me! They pride themselves on being ‘Fresh’, and fresh it is. Though, I do think it’s frozen food products and they just microwave it to thaw it quickly. But it’s a-ok, because it’s still delish! Seriously, try this place!

Food Jungle is the BEST! Cheaper than other bubble tea shops. Uses real fruit, not powder like others. Tastes refreshing. I love their franchise and happy that they’re everywhere. It’s close to my workplace and there’s one even closer to me in First Markham Plaza(corner entrance). I would rate this a 4 star but wait time is long. I’m an understanding person but they’re slow. They’ll have 2 – 3 person working but only one would be taking order and making drinks. I don’t understand what the others are doing but wait time can be 10 minutes for 3 drinks. Today, we ordered 8 drinks with 2 order of beef/fish balls that took 20 – 30 minutes. My favourites are Green Tea Milkshake, Mango & Peach, Mango and papaya, pear & lychee, spicy beef and fish balls. Small bubble tea is roughly $ 3.75 and $ 1.50 for 5 beef/fish balls. The balls are delicious topped with hot sauce! My coworkers love this place. I’m always doing a bubble tea run during lunch when nearby. My girlfriend would walk my dog from home(Warden/Hwy 7) to First Markham when I’m at work to get bubble tea. When there’s a Serissa Cate and Paint Lounge downstairs my building. Also, when we’re at Pacific Mall, we prefer their franchise in the corner next to JCY House. That’s how MUCH we LOVEIT!

I really enjoyed my bubble tea from here. Everything they have is made from real fruit, no powders. I saw the girl who was making my bubble tea take out a container with frozen lychee from the fridge and blend it with the water and sugar in the blender. My drink was delicious, fruity and rather thick in texture from all the blended lychee. It was also full of tapioca pearls which made it pretty filling. I really enjoyed it as I felt that I was drinking a rather healthy version of dessert :)

This is the first of the 4 locations of Food Jungle, which specializes in Bubble Tea with the tapioca pearls. They do claims themselves to be the best REAL bubble tea and they have 3 rules they always follows: — Not from Powder or Concentrate — With No Ice — No Mushy or Hard Tapioca The prices here includes taxes. A basic bubble tea cost $ 2.25. Food Jungle is more like a take out place instead of a teahouse like TenRen, so there is limited and uncomfortable sitting. The store itself is small and messy. The nice server recommend us to try the Fresh Mango juice with Pearls for $ 3.75 tax in. Since Mango is in season and it is a hot summer day. I have to say that the drink does taste great! Thinks Mango Smoothies… and with tons of Tapioca inside. I was so full after drinking it! It taste more like a liquid dessert than a juice!(Is Mango suppose to be good for you? please say yes!) Aside from drinks, there are also a lot of snacks like freshly steamed Siu Miu dumplings($ 2.25÷5 pc) which will take 4 minutes to be ready. I for sure going to order one for afternoon snack next time! Since there is only 1 girl working there in the afternoon, you might have to wait for your drinks or your snacks if it get busy! CASH only! PS if you read Chinese, you will find the owner does have a sense of humor when you read all those Chinese Characters on the wall and posters!
