Joshua specializes in the acquisition and disposition of land and investment property under $ 20M in Greater Toronto Area. His main focus is selling retail plaza, multi-​residential apartment, and land. Joshua started his career in real estate in 1999. He has great knowledge and experience in real estate investment and development, selling and leasing of the land, residential, mixed use, retail, and office buildings. Prior to working at Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. (Commercial), Joshua has worked for REMAX Commercial Advisors Inc. and CBRE as commercial real estate salesperson, and as a General Manager and Director for the Goodland Group of Companies, a real estate developer, where he oversaw and managed 11 development projects with a total of over 600 houses, mainly in two storey luxury detached home.
