I am a real estate professional that specializes in working with clients who are seeking to lease/​rent, purchase or sell residential and commercial properties in the GTA. I strive to assist my clients in building wealth through homeownership and real estate investments.

I take the time to get to know my clients. I am an active listener who is able to understand my client’s wants and needs. I keep in touch with my clients regularly and provide relevant current information to my clients in a way that is easy to understand.

I am also a firm negotiator and always represents my clients best interests throughout every transaction while utilizing the most effective negotiating tactics specific to the individual circumstances to ensure my clients receive the most favorable terms and conditions possible in every deal.

I dedicate the time required in every transaction to investigate all potentially viable options for my clients and make a special effort to make sure my clients are happy, not just satisfied, with my work and the results they receive.

I hold a high level of professionalism and honesty with all my clients, and make the process of buying, investing, renting/​leasing or selling real estate stress-​free and simple.

Jonathan Baird is a licensed real estate sales representative with Keller Williams, qualified to assist with your Real Estate Transaction.

Through education and experience, Jonathan Baird was able to find his true passion in Real Estate. Jonathan Baird has owned properties in the GTA as well as international investment properties in the United States. His specializations include the purchase and sale of residential properties for both homebuyers as well as investors. He strives to be a well-​rounded Realtor, putting a strong focus on education and good customer service.

Having lived and travelled to many different parts of the world, including North America, Asia and Europe, Jonathan is able to work with clients from all walks of life. He values getting to know his clients and takes pride in providing around the clock service to all of his clients.
