Interesting choice of name for a place selling kitchenware. The prices are not the best as one can get a better deal within walking distance at other spots around here. There are deals to be had in the conveniently placed clearance cart at the entrance. The space is surprisingly big and has a decent selection of items a lto of them are shiny so as to draw in the customer. This place will keep you busy with all the gadgets if you are a or a wanna be gourmet chef.

No, you’re not going to find the latest cell phone or laptop here. On the other hand, you will find any kitchen and bath accessory you want, as long as you want it in chrome or stainless steel: lotion dispensers, bar stools, corncob holders, utensil caddies, storage shelving. It’s as if Bed Bath and Beyond only carried chrome items. And, much like Bed Bath and Beyond(or, as it’s sometimes referred to in the States, Bed Bath and Bend over), the prices are a little inflated. In fact, I purchased the exact same stainless steel milk jug across the way in Kensington Market for $ 5 less than I found it at High Tech. Still, High Tech is worth a look for unique little kitchen doo-dads that would be happy in any modern chef’s home.
