Workhaus is a coworking and shared office community of creators, entrepreneurs, startup teams, freelancers, consultants, and remote teams located in downtown Toronto. We provide flexible and affordable desk and office space without the burden of contracts, and include everything in our memberships so there are no surprises.

History

Established in 2015.

Workhaus was founded by an entrepreneur, for entrepreneurs. While looking for workspace for himself one day, the founder started to think about what entrepreneurs value in a place to work. Things like great location, predictable pricing, ²⁴⁄₇ access, comfortable atmosphere, all-​inclusive, and opportunities to network with and learn from like-​minded folks were high on the list. He found an unused space in a beautiful old brick-​and-​beam building in the vibrant St. Lawrence Market district of Toronto, and convinced the landlord to let him have a shot at sprucing it up and starting a coworking office. One year later, Workhaus is the home of over 60 companies and 150 members, and is a great community of creators, entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and remote teams.
