My therapy!!! I’ve been caught with the winter blues… this being my first winter outside the comforts of California. I’ve basically lived at this place since we moved and the weather has been shit. Having a place right downstairs where I can get some exercise to mimick daily stresses I’m not getting in the outside environment is crucial to combat this depression.
